Meet Bart and Elizabeth Blair
Hi, we’re Bart and Elizabeth, the husband-and-wife team behind New Covenant Land Company.
We started this company with a simple belief: owning a piece of land shouldn’t be out of reach for everyday people. Too many folks dream of having their own place to camp, build, or simply get away, but banks, credit checks, and big down payments keep that dream on hold. We wanted to change that.
Why “New Covenant”?
A covenant is a promise, and that’s how we approach every sale. We tell you the truth about every property, the good and the not-so-good, so you can make a confident decision. We keep our terms simple and our prices fair, and we treat every buyer the way we’d want to be treated. When we make a promise, we keep it.
About Bart
Bart has spent more than 25 years in pastoral ministry. Today he serves as a church planting pastor in Texas, and helps churches across the country grow and reach their communities. Along the way he’s built a career in marketing and helping people tell their stories well.
Whether he’s helping a church or a land buyer, Bart’s focus is the same: listen well, be honest, and help people take a step toward something better. He loves the wide-open spaces of the West and the idea that a small piece of land can become a place where families make lasting memories.
About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is the friendly voice you’ll talk to when you reach out to New Covenant Land Company. Before joining Bart in the land business, she built her career in mortgage financing, so she knows how important it is for buyers to understand every number and every step. That experience shapes how she works today. She’s committed to making the buying process clear, simple, and personal, and she’ll walk with you from your first question all the way to closing.
When she’s not helping buyers find their piece of land, Elizabeth loves being a grandmother. Time with the grandkids is her favorite thing in the world.
